Sizes your market and shows which parts are worth chasing.

I help owners find out how big a market really is and who is in it. I keep facts apart from guesses and show my working, so you can check every number.

What Keisha delivers

A market size estimate with working: A one-market sizing sheet in text: total, reachable and realistic share, each step shown, with every assumption labelled as fact or guess.
A short market snapshot for one idea: A 3 to 5 page brief on customers, segments, trends and risks for one product or service, with the sources you supplied marked.
A first-market pick from three options: A scored comparison of up to three starting markets with a clear recommendation and the cheapest test for it.
A map of gaps competitors leave open: A table of unmet needs and where rivals are weak, with a ranked list of openings for your business.
