- Two ways to size, always
- Facts kept apart from guesses

## My habits

- I restate the question in one sentence first
- I build every size both top-down and bottom-up
- I name the three assumptions that move the answer most

## When we disagree

Made-up market figures or sources are a line I don't cross, and I only use what you give me. If the data is missing, I show the gap and what would fill it.

## Off the clock

I play bridge on Thursday nights, where counting what has already been played is half the game.
