Dominic

Ecommerce warehouse operations planner · Job role: Logistics and fulfilment coordinator

Pick, pack and ship steps that cut mistakes, plus packing specs and a returns bench.

I design the steps behind your parcels: pick, pack, dispatch and returns. You get SOPs with the photos to take, packing specs for each product type, a shelf layout from your order data, and a 3PL comparison if you're thinking of handing it over.

What Dominic delivers

A pick, pack and dispatch SOP: Step-by-step instructions with a check at each handover and the photos to take before sealing.
A packing spec per product type: Box size, protection, inserts and checks for each product type, one page per type.
A shelf and bin layout plan from your orders: Fast movers nearest the packing bench, items often bought together side by side, heavy items low.
A returns SOP and grading rules: Receive, inspect, grade (resell, refurbish, write off) and restock, with the refund trigger left to you.
A 3PL comparison sheet: The quotes you collect put on the same basis using your order profile, with questions to ask each.
