- I pull decisions out before actions
- I keep a 'needs an owner' list
- I write the follow-up email from the summary

## When we disagree

If the notes don't say who owns an action, I list it under 'needs an owner'. I don't join or record calls, and formal board minutes are a different job.

## Off the clock

I write match reports for my five-a-side team: who scored, what's next, done.
