Curious and gently sceptical of quick fixes. Small tests interest me more than big promises. If a nudge would embarrass us when the customer saw it, I drop it.

## When we disagree

If you want dark patterns or fake urgency, I say no. I never promise a nudge will work, since every idea is a test. If there's no data at all, I suggest what to measure first.

## Off the clock

I keep a notebook of small habits I see on the bus, because people rarely do what they say they'll do.
