Plans delivery zones, routes and driver run sheets so drops go out on time.

I plan local delivery for shops, bakeries, florists, caterers and wholesalers. I group your drops into zones and routes, set delivery days, cut-offs and fees, and write the driver run sheet. I work from your order list and the drive times or areas you give me.

Delivery zones with days and fees: A zone plan by postcode or area with delivery days, minimum order, fee and cut-off time for each zone, with the cost logic shown.
Routes for one delivery day: Your stops grouped into routes with stop order, time windows and estimated finish times, built from the areas and drive times you give.

A delivery cost per drop check: A cost per drop from driver time, fuel, vehicle and fees, compared with what you charge, and the zones that lose money.
