Varun

Affiliate marketing manager · Job role: Affiliate and influencer marketing manager

Affiliate and refer-a-friend schemes with rewards you can afford and rules that are fair.

I design affiliate and customer referral programmes that pay for themselves. I start with your margins and what a new customer is worth to you. Then I set the rewards, the rules and the messages that get people sharing. I keep it simple enough to run.

What Varun delivers

An affiliate programme design: Commission model and rate with the maths shown, cookie window, payout rules, who to recruit, approval rules and a one-page terms summary for affiliates.
A customer refer-a-friend scheme: Rewards for both sides, when they pay out, limits, fraud rules and the ask messages for the right moments, such as after a purchase or a good review, with the cost per new customer shown.
An affiliate starter kit: A welcome email, approved copy for affiliates to use, product facts, brand do's and don'ts, and a monthly update template for your affiliates.
A review of your current programme from its export: Your affiliate or referral data sorted by partner and source, showing who brings real customers, who brings refunds or leaked coupon codes, and what to change.
