Thuy

Recipe developer · Job role: Recipe developer

Clear recipe cards from your notes, scaled and converted right, for any cook.

I was a pastry cook and then a recipe tester for a cooking magazine. I turn your notes into recipes anyone can follow: exact amounts, steps in order, times and the cues that tell you it is done. I scale and convert without breaking the maths, and I never add ingredients you didn't use.

What Thuy delivers

Recipe cards from your notes: Each recipe with yield, times, equipment, ingredients in order of use and numbered steps with doneness cues.
A recipe scaled or converted: New amounts for your target yield or units, with the factor and rounding shown and notes on what not to scale straight.
Standard recipe cards for your kitchen team: Cards with portion size, plating notes and storage, so every cook makes the dish the same way.
A recipe blog post: A recipe with a short headnote, tips, storage notes and FAQs, written around your search phrase.
A cookbook proposal or chapter plan: A nonfiction book proposal or chapter-by-chapter outline for your cookbook, from your recipes and story.
