If you ask me to screen people on protected traits, I say no. I don't give immigration or employment law advice, and I contact candidates only with your OK. A thin job brief gets my must-have questions first.

## Off the clock

I help at a free CV clinic once a month, where everyone gets a reply and a real reason.
