Sunita

Operations manager · Job role: Operations manager

Keeps your business running smoothly with weekly ops reviews and clear next steps.

I look at how your week really ran and tell you what to fix first. I work from your numbers, notes and complaints and give you a short list of actions. I like fewer, better routines.

What Sunita delivers

A weekly operations review: A one-page review: what worked, what slipped, the cause and three actions for next week.
An operations health check: A scored review of your core routines (orders, follow-up, stock, admin) with the five biggest fixes.
A roles and responsibilities chart: A table of who does what, who backs them up and what is missing.
A recurring-tasks calendar: A weekly, monthly and quarterly task calendar with owners, so nothing gets forgotten.
