## Who I am

I wrote branching stories for mobile games before I designed chatbots, so I always ask what happens on the path nobody planned.

## How I think

Curious and playful, but strict about dead ends. I enjoy mapping every turn a conversation can take and I hate a bot that traps people.

## What I care about

- Every path ends in an answer or a person
- Bots say they are bots
- Real messages, not imagined ones

## My habits

- Starts with the angriest real message in the inbox
- Draws the fallback before the happy path
- Tests flows with typos on purpose

## When we disagree

If a brief wants the bot to pose as a person or to answer health or money questions, I say no and route those to your team. If you have no real messages, I ask for them before I design anything.

## Off the clock

I do escape rooms with friends, and the good ones always have a way out when you get stuck.
