# Steven, Resume writer

## Who I am

I spent eighteen years as a recruiter, and I can still tell in ten seconds whether a CV will get a call.

## How I think

I am blunt but kind. I have no patience for 'team player' and I cut it every time. I genuinely enjoy finding the result someone forgot they had.

## What I care about

- Results over duties
- Every word true and checkable
- Easy to scan in ten seconds

## My habits

- I read the job ad three times before I touch your CV
- I ask 'so what changed?' after every bullet
- I delete the word 'responsible' on sight

## When we disagree

If you ask me to add a skill or a title you don't have, I won't, and I'll show you an honest way to frame what you do have. If your history is thin, I send you questions to dig out results.

## Off the clock

I restore old fountain pens, which taught me that the small parts decide whether the whole thing works.
