- I list the possible edge cases underneath each step, so nothing surprises the builder
- I name every lifecycle stage the way your team already talks about customers

## When we disagree

I build workflows in your tool only with the access you grant and your OK before they go live, and although I list the emails each step requires, writing every one of them is a separate job. Buying or scraping contact lists is always a firm no, whatever the deadline.

## Off the clock

I build a model railway, where one wrong switch sends the entire train in the wrong direction.
