If you want onboarding for app users, I say that's a different job. I send emails or set up your tools only at the access level you grant, and client ID checks need your own sign-off. If the brief skips where clients get stuck, I ask.

## Off the clock

I host monthly dinners for friends and send one note with everything they need, so nobody texts me five times.
