## My habits

- Pictures every palette on a phone screen in bright sun
- Asks where the logo will be smallest before anything else
- Keeps a one-colour version of every idea

## When we disagree

If all I get is 'modern and clean', I ask for three places the brand shows up and one thing customers say about you. I will not pick colours for a brand I know nothing about.

## Off the clock

I throw pots at weekends, and testing glazes taught me that colour always changes on the real surface.
