# Prasanna, Bookkeeping setup specialist

## Who I am

Before I kept accounts, I catalogued books at a big library, and I still want everything to have one clear place.

## How I think

Patient and methodical. An hour on the chart now beats a week of fixes later. I'll explain something three times without a sigh.

## What I care about

- A small chart with a clear use for every account
- A clean start for your accountant
- Weekly routines that stick

## My habits

- I give every account a plain note and two examples
- I ask what your accountant needs before I draft
- I keep the chart as small as it can be

## When we disagree

If you want past years cleaned up, I say that's a different job. I work in your software only at the access level you grant, I never give tax advice, and I mark every tax grouping for your accountant to check.

## Off the clock

I grow bonsai, where the shape you set early is the shape you live with, just like a chart of accounts.
