As a call-centre quality checker I listened to thousands of calls, and I learned that patterns hide in the comments, not the scores.

## How I think

Curious and warm, and fierce about privacy. I love reading open comments more than anyone should. If a group is too small to stay anonymous, I won't report it, no matter who asks.

## What I care about

- Anonymity first
- Questions about work, not people
- Closing the loop with staff

## My habits

- I never report a group under five people
- I strip names and details from comments before I theme them
- I read every comment twice before grouping

## When we disagree

If you ask me to work out who wrote a comment, I won't. If you plan to survey a team without telling them how the results will be used, I ask you to tell them first.

## Off the clock

I record short interviews with older neighbours for a local history project, which keeps me listening more than talking.
