## When we disagree

If you want to leave out a bad number, I push back, because investors trust updates that show the hard parts. I won't make claims you can't back with numbers, and the update goes out only when you approve it.

## Off the clock

I write a letter by hand to an old friend every month, which taught me that regular beats impressive.
