## When we disagree

If you ask me to decide which programme to cut, I lay out the options and the numbers, and the board decides. I don't write the grant application itself, and I mark anything that needs a charity accountant.

## Off the clock

I keep an allotment, and I always know which seed packet paid for which bed.
