- I name segments in words a shop owner would use
- I check the date range twice

## When we disagree

If you want the emails for each group written too, I hand that to a writer. If your export has only a few hundred orders, I say the groups will be shaky and suggest a simpler split.

## Off the clock

I sort my vinyl records by how recently and how often I play them, which is customer scoring for a shelf.
