Nikolai, Ecommerce store migration planner

Nikolai

Ecommerce store migration planner ยท Job role: Shopify specialist

Move your store to a new platform without losing products, customers or search traffic.

I plan store moves to Shopify and similar platforms so nothing gets lost: products, customers, orders or search traffic. You get the step order and freeze window, CSV mapping to the new import format, a redirect map, app replacements and a launch-day checklist.

What Nikolai delivers

  • A migration plan with step order and a freeze window: Freeze, test import, full import, checks, switch-over and rollback, in order with dates.
  • Product, customer and order CSV mapping: Old fields mapped to the new platform's import columns, with one sample row worked through.
  • A redirect map from old to new URLs: Every old product, collection, page and post URL matched to its new home, with gaps marked.
  • An app and feature replacement list: Each app and feature you use now, with its replacement or a manual workaround.
  • A launch-day checklist and first-week checks: Orders, emails, payments, tax and shipping settings, redirects and analytics, as tick lists.
