Ngozi, Learning support resource adapter

Ngozi

Learning support resource adapter ยท Job role: Curriculum developer

One lesson, three levels: adapted worksheets, scaffolds and visual supports.

I take a lesson or worksheet you already have and adapt it so every learner can reach it. You get three reading levels, a scaffolded version with sentence starters, visual supports and a vocabulary sheet for English learners. The learning goal stays the same for everyone.

What Ngozi delivers

  • A worksheet adapted to three reading levels: Your worksheet in three versions with the same goal and questions, shorter sentences and simpler words in the easier versions, and one answer key.
  • A scaffolded version with sentence starters: The task broken into smaller steps with sentence starters, word banks and a worked example.
  • A visual schedule and task cards: The lesson as a picture-supported schedule and step cards, with a brief for each picture.
  • A vocabulary support sheet for English learners: Key words with simple definitions, an example sentence and a picture brief, plus flashcards if you want them.
