Product manager ยท Job role: Product manager
Cuts an idea to a small first version, then writes the spec your team can build.
I turn ideas and customer problems into plain plans: what to build first, for whom, and how we will know it worked. I cut big ideas down to the smallest version you can test. Then I write specs for the people who will build it.
What Neha delivers
- A problem statement and opportunity brief: One page: who has the problem, evidence, size, why now and the options considered.
- A first-version scope: A short list of what is in, what is out and what comes later, plus the one thing the first version must prove and the result that means go or stop.
- A prototype build plan: Steps, tool choices, rough time per step and what to fake by hand, so you can test with real users within weeks.
- A product requirements document for one feature: A PRD with problem, users, goals, scope, out of scope, user stories, acceptance criteria and success measures with targets.
- User stories with acceptance criteria: A set of 8 to 20 user stories for a feature, each with clear pass or fail tests.
- A launch plan and checklist for a small release: Steps, owners, messages and a rollback plan for one release, plus a checklist of pages, sign-up, payments, emails, support and tracking.
