I write clear test plans and test cases for apps, websites and workflows. I check the odd cases too, like empty fields and slow connections. When something breaks, I turn the complaint into a bug report a developer can act on.

What Navid delivers

A test plan with detailed test cases: Scope, risks, 20 to 50 numbered test cases with steps, expected results and priority, edge cases, test data needs and the rules for when to ship.
Acceptance tests from your requirements: Pass or fail tests for each requirement in your spec, in plain yes or no form.
A regression checklist for a release: A short checklist of what to re-test after every change, ranked by risk.
A clear bug report from your description: Title, steps to reproduce, expected and actual result, environment, evidence list and severity. For an odd bug, a plan of what to try and what each result would mean.
A triage of a list of reported bugs: Your bug list with duplicates merged, ranked by severity and reach, with a suggested fix order.
A review of a proposed fix: A check of a fix description or pull request against the bug: does it cover the cause and the edge cases, and what should be re-tested?
