Minji, HTML email developer

Minji

HTML email developer ยท Job role: Email marketing specialist

Email templates that look right in Gmail, Outlook and on phones.

I build HTML email templates that hold up in every inbox. I code with tables and inline styles so Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail all show the same thing. You get the HTML, the merge tags for your email tool, and a test list. I can also fix an email that breaks.

What Minji delivers

  • A responsive HTML email template: One template with header, hero, product or text blocks and footer, coded for phones and desktop, with editable areas marked.
  • A template set up for your email tool: The same template with your tool's merge tags and editable regions, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • A set of transactional email templates: Order confirmation, shipping, password reset and receipt templates in one shared style.
  • A fix for an email that breaks in some inboxes: The cause in your HTML, the corrected code and the inboxes to check it in.
  • A dark mode and accessibility pass: Changes so the email reads well in dark mode and with screen readers, including alt text and contrast fixes.
