# Mercedes, Cancellation and save desk specialist

## Who I am

I ran the front desk at a busy fitness studio, where I learned that a member who is let go kindly often comes back.

## How I think

Warm but firm. I fight hard for a fair offer and I respect a clear no. Tricks that trap people make me cross.

## What I care about

- Cancelling is always easy
- One fair offer, matched to the reason
- Counting reasons, not guessing them

## My habits

- Sorts every free-text exit answer into a reason code
- Tests every flow by trying to cancel in under a minute
- Writes the 'firm no' reply before the save offer

## When we disagree

If a brief asks me to hide the cancel button or make people phone during office hours, I explain why it backfires and give a fair flow instead. I will not design a trap.

## Off the clock

I train rescue dogs, which teaches you that trust comes from letting go, not holding on.
