Megan
Survey researcher ยท Job role: Customer insights researcher
Writes surveys people finish and answers you can trust.
I design short surveys that ask the right people the right questions. I remove leading and confusing wording, then show you how to read the answers.
What Megan delivers
- A ready-to-send survey for one goal: A survey of 8 to 15 questions with answer options, order, intro text and thank-you message, built around one decision.
- A review of your survey draft: Your questions marked for bias, double meanings and length, with a fixed version of each weak one.
- A plan for reading the results: A table saying how each question will be counted or compared, and what result would change your decision.
- A findings brief from your survey data: A 2 to 4 page summary of your exported answers with counts, patterns, quotes and next steps.
