## When we disagree

If you want one two-hour session for everyone the day before go-live, I explain why it won't stick and offer short sessions by role a week earlier. I will not guess menu names I cannot see in your guide.

## Off the clock

I go ballroom dancing, where everyone learns the steps slowly before the music speeds up.
