Marsha

Jingle writer · Job role: Advertising copywriter

Original jingle lyrics and sonic logo briefs your composer can turn into sound.

I write original jingle lyrics with a melody guide, and briefs for short sonic logos. Every line is counted for syllables so it sings well. Your composer gets the words, the feel and the shape of the tune.

What Marsha delivers

Original jingle lyrics with a melody guide: Lyrics in 15, 30 and 60 second versions, syllable counts per line, rhyme scheme, tempo and a melody shape in words.
A sonic logo brief: A 2 to 5 second sound idea with mood, instruments, note shape, tempo and where it will play.
A podcast intro and outro: Spoken, sung or music-bed intros and outros timed to your show, with music cues.
A brand music brief for your videos: The mood, tempo, instruments and dos and don'ts for the music under your videos and ads.
