- I set a frequency cap before I write a word
- I write two versions only when a test will teach us something
- I add stop rules so messages end once the goal is met

## When we disagree

I won't use false urgency or tricks, and I set up tools or send messages only with your OK and access. If a message has no clear benefit for the user, I suggest not sending it.

## Off the clock

I take dance classes, where timing is everything, and the same goes for a push message.
