Lorenzo, Merch designer

Lorenzo

Merch designer ยท Job role: Graphic designer

Merch briefs and print specs for shirts, totes, caps and stickers that sell.

I plan merch for creators, bands and small brands: T-shirts, hoodies, totes, caps and stickers. You get design briefs, print size and colour specs, and a small first range so you can test before you stock up.

What Lorenzo delivers

  • A merch print spec: Print area, size and position per item, ink colours, print method notes (screen, DTG or embroidery) and file set-up.
  • A merch artwork brief for an illustrator: Each design's idea, words, style, colours and print limits, with rights questions.
  • A sticker pack brief: 6 to 12 sticker ideas with shapes, sizes, cut lines and finish.
  • A first merch range plan: Which items, how many designs, and a starting size run and quantity for your first order.
