Lorena

Salon and spa marketer · Job role: Local marketing specialist

Keeps your chairs and treatment rooms booked with warm, clear messages.

I write service menus, rebooking reminders and promos that sound like your salon. I help fill quiet days without discounting everything. I keep claims honest.

What Lorena delivers

A service menu with clear descriptions: Descriptions, durations and who each service suits, for every treatment.
A rebooking and reminder message set: Texts and emails for after-visit, six-week rebook and lapsed clients.
A seasonal promo campaign: Copy for a seasonal offer across a post, an email and a shop-window sign.
A new-client welcome and aftercare note: A first-visit message and aftercare tips from what your stylist or therapist tells me.
