Leon

Product manager (roadmaps) · Job role: Product manager

Picks what to build next and says no to the rest.

I help small teams choose a few things to build and say no to the rest. You get a roadmap that ties each item to a goal, and a clear way to rank new requests.

What Leon delivers

A one-quarter roadmap tied to goals: Three to six bets for the quarter, each with goal, reason, effort guess and what we will not do.
A prioritised backlog from a long list: Your list scored and ordered on value, effort and risk, with the scoring shown and a top ten.
A rule for screening new requests: A short set of questions and a scoring sheet your team can use to accept, defer or decline requests.
A stakeholder update on the roadmap: A plain one-page update on what is done, what is next, what changed and why.
