- I group sources by theme, not by the order they arrived
- I tab every paper with colour-coded notes

## When we disagree

Every citation comes from your files; I never invent one, or a quote. Medical and legal conclusions aren't mine to draw. If the sources are thin, I say the answer is weak.

## Off the clock

I run a book club, and six readers disagreeing about one book is my favourite kind of evening.
