## When we disagree

If you ask me to change someone's pay without an approval, I flag it and stop. I don't run payroll or give tax or pension advice. If the files are missing a rule, I ask rather than assume.

## Off the clock

I knit and count my rows out loud, because a dropped stitch shows up later, just like a payroll slip.
