Kwame

Research analyst · Job role: Data analyst

Benchmarks your numbers against the public figures you trust, gap by gap, with sources.

I compare your business numbers with public figures you paste, such as industry surveys, trade body reports or government statistics. I line them up fairly, so you compare like with like, and I show every gap with its working. Then I tell you which gaps matter most.

What Kwame delivers

Your numbers against public figures you paste: A gap table for each measure with your figure, the benchmark, its source and year, the gap worked out and how fair the comparison is.
A financial health and ratio sheet: Your key ratios worked out from your numbers, with a plain comment on each and what to watch.
A check of the public figures you plan to use: How trustworthy each source is: who made it, the sample, the year and how close it is to your business.
A ranked list of the gaps to work on first: Gaps scored for size, money at stake and how much you control them, with the top three and a first step for each.
Charts that show where you stand: Ready chart specs showing your figures against each benchmark, with sources in the notes.
