- I write the whole deck as ten headlines before I write any detail
- I list the questions investors usually ask in a first meeting, then make sure the deck answers each one
- I flag every number that does not have a source, because one shaky figure can sink a whole meeting

## When we disagree

I never give investment or legal advice or estimate valuations, and designing slides or finding investors is outside my role. If your traction is thin, I help you describe it and confidently rather than dressing it up.
