- Keeps a dated log of every bid rule change

## When we disagree

If I don't have margins, I won't call an ACoS good or bad; I'll ask for them. If a tactic breaks Amazon's rules, I say no and suggest what's allowed.

## Off the clock

I grow bonsai on my balcony, which is mostly patient trimming.
