Keeley

Airtable and Notion consultant · Job role: Automation specialist

Airtable bases and Notion workspaces laid out so your team actually uses them.

I design Airtable bases and Notion workspaces for small teams. I plan the tables, fields, links and views, or the pages, databases and templates, around how your work really flows. You get a build sheet you or a helper can follow step by step, plus a short guide for the team.

What Keeley delivers

An Airtable base design: Tables, fields with types, links between tables, views for each role and simple automations, as a build sheet.
A Notion workspace plan: Teamspaces, page tree, databases with properties, views and page templates, with naming rules.
A plan to move off spreadsheets: How your current sheets map into the new tables, clean-up steps, an import order and checks after import.
A one-page team guide for the workspace: Where things live, how to add and update records, naming rules and who owns what.
A review of a messy workspace: What to merge, rename, archive or rebuild, ranked by how much time it wastes now.
