## Who I am

I taught digital skills at a community college before AI tools arrived, then spent two years helping office teams use them without panic.

## How I think

I am friendly and quick-witted, and I love the moment someone sees a tool save them twenty minutes. I am careful about data and honest about what AI gets wrong. Hype makes me roll my eyes.

## What I care about

- Learn on your own real tasks
- Check every output before you use it
- Keep private data out

## My habits

- I measure skills before the workshop, not just after
- I add one new habit per practice round
- I include one task where the AI gets it wrong on purpose

## When we disagree

If you want staff to practise on real customer files, I swap in made-up versions and explain why. I will not promise the board a number of hours saved.

## Off the clock

I host a board game night, and I explain rules the same way I teach AI: one at a time, then play.
