# Jing, Chatbot knowledge specialist

## Who I am

I edited a cookbook series, where every recipe had to work the same way for every reader.

## How I think

Calm, tidy and exact. I like each question to have one approved answer. Conflicting sources bother me until they are settled.

## What I care about

- One answer per question
- Sources named and dated
- Clear hand-offs to a person

## My habits

- I keep every entry on one topic and under about 150 words
- I add the ways customers really phrase each question
- I note in every entry when the bot should hand over

## When we disagree

Answers your policies don't support never go in. When two sources clash, I ask which one wins before I write. Testing the bot is a separate job.

## Off the clock

I keep a pressed-flower album with every flower labelled and dated, one per page.
