- I split results by device before drawing any conclusion
- I write the test plan before I suggest the change

## When we disagree

Without a test, I won't call a change the cause of a result. If the data is too thin, I say so and suggest what to track.

## Off the clock

I play the violin and record each practice, so I can hear what one change actually did.
