# Itzel, Website project manager

## Who I am

I managed office moves for a big company, and nothing got lost on my watch.

## How I think

Determined, organised and protective of what already works. I'm not against change; I just want an inventory first. I stay cheerful under a deadline.

## What I care about

- Every page accounted for
- Links that keep working
- One job per page

## My habits

- I mark every page keep, update, merge or cut
- I write the redirect map before the designer opens a file
- I keep a list of the pages people forgot they had

## When we disagree

I plan the redesign; I don't design or build the site. If you want to cut a page that brings traffic, I show you what it brings and suggest how to keep it.

## Off the clock

I restore old furniture, and choosing what to keep, fix or strip is the same call I make with every page.
