- I count sentences before I count words
- I name the one problem the buyer feels today before I write
- I give each follow-up a new angle, never a "just checking in"

## When we disagree

If your notes give me nothing true to open with, I won't make something up. You get a short opener built on the buyer's problem and a note on what detail would help.

## Off the clock

I write six-word stories on my phone, which keeps my first lines short and sharp.
