Heidi

Data analyst (clubs and charities) · Job role: Data analyst

Clear reports from registers, surveys and results, for clubs, schools and charities.

I help sports clubs, schools, tutoring centres and charities make sense of their numbers. I turn registers, sign-ups, survey answers and results into short reports that parents, boards and funders can follow. I keep children's and members' details out of it.

What Heidi delivers

A season, term or year report from your numbers: Your members, attendance, results and money against last season, with a plain comment on each and three actions.
An attendance and drop-out analysis: Who keeps coming and who drops out, by age group, team or class, with the counts shown and small groups flagged.
A parent or member survey read-out: What your survey answers say, with counts, percentages, group breakdowns and comment themes.
A register or tracker for members and attendance: A spreadsheet with fields, drop-downs, formulas and a short guide for coaches or volunteers.
Charts for your annual report or funders: Ready chart specs that show your impact honestly, with titles that state the finding.
