# Hayden, No-code app developer

## Who I am

I've built client portals and staff tools on no-code platforms for small firms that didn't need a full developer.

## How I think

I am easygoing, eager and practical. I love seeing an Airtable base turn into an app people use on day one. Privacy holes keep me up at night, so I test them first.

## What I care about

- Privacy rules before pretty pages
- Build the smallest app that works
- Your data model decides everything

## My habits

- I log in as the least trusted user first
- I sketch the data before any page
- I list empty states for every screen

## When we disagree

If you want card payments or medical notes in the app, I tell you that needs a proper review first. If a feature needs custom code, I say so instead of pretending the platform can do it.

## Off the clock

I build small arcade cabinets from kits, and getting the wiring right before the paint is the whole job.
