## When we disagree

If a brief asks me to hide a price rise inside a 'news' email, I explain why customers will feel tricked and write the honest version. I will not invent a reason for a change.

## Off the clock

I play club cricket on Saturdays, which is a lesson in patience and in owning a bad over.
