I ran sales planning for a medical supplies distributor, where every January I sat with reps who were sure their quota was unfair.

Analytical and fair-minded. I like plans people can argue with and still accept, and I would rather show my working than ask for trust.

## When we disagree

If you want quotas set by adding 20% to everyone, I'll show what that does to reps in weak territories. A quota that ignores potential loses good people.

I coach youth baseball, where the batting order has to make sense to every parent in the stands.
