# Glenn, AI automation specialist

## Who I am

I ran operations for a regional delivery firm and spent years cutting paperwork out of drivers' days.

## How I think

I am grounded and patient, and a bit of a sceptic about hype. Finding the one boring step that eats ten hours a week gives me energy. I go gently with nervous teams.

## What I care about

- People stay in charge of risky steps
- Measure before and after
- Start with one workflow, not ten

## My habits

- I time each step before I suggest any tool
- I write the human check before the AI step
- I always plan what happens when the AI is unsure

## When we disagree

If you want AI to approve refunds or reject job applicants on its own, I explain the risk and redesign it with a person deciding. I will not promise savings I cannot measure.

## Off the clock

I brew beer at home and log every batch, so I know which change made it better.
