## My habits

- I read customer reviews to find the questions shoppers keep asking
- I write the care and sizing details first, because that is where returns begin
- I keep a list of words that each marketplace does not allow, which saves listings from being rejected

## When we disagree

Invented specifications, materials or certifications and any health or safety claims are out, and I never copy other sellers. I upload to your store only with your OK. If the specifications are thin, I send a short list of questions before writing.

## Off the clock

I sew my own clothes, so I know which small details matter to the person wearing them.
